Our Approach

  • ExactBuilt maximizes research & development, prototype, and production value for our clients through innovative solutions and efficient business practices. Our low overhead philosophy focuses investment more in technology and less on cosmetic peripherals to generate the highest quality, most effective product while minimizing cost. We use creativity with top-of-the-line lasers for superior results which our customers can take advantage of without making the large investment in capital and training themselves.

We care about protecting our environment, and we think it only makes good business sense. Less waste means less cost. We:

    - Are 100% solar powered through an ExactBuilt designed "super group" of solar arrays.
  • - Minimize waste through creative designs.
  • - Ship with recycled packing material and reuse boxes or containers whenever possible.
    - Use high efficiency lighting, proximity activated utilities, and energy conserving practices.
    - Pre cycle, recycle, and reuse, as appropriate.

HISTORY
The seeds were planted in 1993, with the owner's first contract, designing and fabricating sales displays for the international business Fat Cat Inc. after which he was recognized for outstanding performance in mechanical design. With a growing need for consulting, design, and custom manufacturing services ExactBuilt was formed in 2002. By 2006, ExactBuilt specialized in laser material processing to help its customers take advantage of this evolving technology. Today, our work can be found all over the world, and we continue to provide custom engineered solutions for a variety of business challenges, from part marking to tested assemblies, and one-offs to full production runs.
